Cooperativa del Sur is a cooperative specializing in high quality software development and information services based in Montevideo, Uruguay.

We provide services and are working to build a fair trade network of information services and technology with companies, cooperatives, NGO's, and individuals in the global north.

Our cooperative is based on the principles of fair trade which we see as a tool we are using to bring dignity to our lives in a world transformed by the globalization.

Our cooperative is rooted in the belief that the workers should own and run their workplaces in to maintain a humane work environment.

We are committed to the use, support, and contribution to the Free and Open Source community.
